Different places. Different lives. Shared humanity.

For more than three decades, Jay Seldin has photographed people as they are, in the places where they live their lives. Working in black and white across America and around the world, his photographs explore personality, environment, and the realities of everyday life.

“The geography changes. The humanity doesn’t.”
